A deeply relaxing session combining Reflexology followed by Reiki, allowing the body to fully relax while the energy system settles and restores balance.

Reflexology supports circulation, relaxation and the body's natural healing processes, while Reiki works gently with the energy field to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation and deep rest.

This session is ideal if you are feeling overwhelmed, depleted or simply in need of time to restore.

A restorative treatment combining Reflexology with Sekhem.

The session includes Reflexology followed by Sekhem, allowing both the physical and energetic systems to settle and rebalance.

Reflexology supports the body physically while Sekhem works on deeper energetic layers to release stagnation and encourage reconnection with your inner balance.

Reflexology with Pellowah

This session combines Reflexology followed by Pellowah, allowing the body to relax while the energy field is gently supported and rebalanced.Pellowah works with expanded awareness and energetic flow, while reflexology supports circulation, relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Energy healing sent remotely, allowing you to receive deep support from the comfort of your own home.

Signature Session

Nervous System Reset

120 minutes - £145

A deeper level of nervous system support for times of overwhelm, depletion, prolonged stress or nervous system fatigue. This session works across the physical, energetic and sensory layers of the nervous system. Helping the body gently step out of overdrive and return to a felt sense of safety, coherence and rest. Each session may include a combination of Reflexology with a nervous system focus, Sekhem and/or Pellowah, Tuning Forks and sound based work to support nervous system settling.

The additional time allows the body to fully unwind, release stored tension and integrate the work more deeply. This session also allows for a short grounding meditation and time at the end for rest and integration before returning to the day.

Reflexology for Fertility

A comprehensive fertility consultation including:

Cycle and symptom review
Hormone pattern analysis
Lifestyle and wellbeing overview
Reproductive and menstrual history
Emotional and energetic influences on fertility
Assessment on the specific reflex points on your feet
Specific reproreflexology session supporting of reproductive and endocrine reflex points.

Follow up Fertility Sessions
60 minutes - £60
Ongoing sessions to support your menstual cycle, hormonal balance and fertility. These sessions are spaced weekly to cover at least one menstual cycle moving to fortnightly depending on your individual needs and cycle

Booking & Cancellations

Should you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' in advance to transfer to a new date.

Same day cancellations, no shows or missed follow up appointments are charged at 100% of the session fee.
